HYDCO 1180/880 Casing Extractor

The HYDCO 1180/880 Casing Extractor

with the combination of 2 x 250mm lift          

cylinders, has the capability of lifting 200

Tonne load with a 1200mm cycle stroke.

The design of the clamping system ensures

a 47 Tonne positive grip on the casing

before the lifting operation takes place.

As added insurance, an in built electronic

control system will not allow the lifting to

commence with out the required clamp

pressure.

The HYDCO 1180/880 CE has proven itself

as a reliable workhorse in the construction

industry providing quick changeover to

the various casing sizes by simply inserting

reducing jaws.

Jaws are available in many sizes

Description

200 TONNE CASING / PILING EXTRACTOR
1.Lifting Capacity - 200 Tonnes
Two cylinders, 250 bore diameter each, combine to achieve the lifting force. The effective stroke is 1200mm
2. Clamping Force - 47 Tonnes
The clamping system is designed to ensure a positive grip on the casing before the lifting operations can take place. A hydraulic accumulator in combination with the load holding pilot check valve accomodates for any minor leakage in the hydraulic system during the clamping operation. 
3. Clamp sizes - 1180 and 880 mm 
The HYDCO 1180/880 can be used for two casing sizes, 1180 and 880. 
To grip 880 casing, easy drop in reducer jaws are fitted, located and locked into place. The conversion between sizes only takes minutes.
